Our story

Seafood found a home in Kalamassery in 2001.

Seapark opened as Kalamassery's first seafood restaurant. More than two decades later, the same address still brings together Kerala cooking, Chinese favourites, and South Indian breakfasts.

The Arabian Sea off the Kerala coast
Kerala's coast has always shaped the food served here.

Why Seapark began

A local restaurant built around the food of the coast.

Kerala cooking draws from the Arabian Sea, the backwaters, and a long habit of working with spice. In Kochi, seafood is part of daily food, not a special occasion. Seapark brought that kind of meal to University Junction when there was no dedicated seafood restaurant elsewhere in Kalamassery.

The menu did not stay inside one category. Breakfast brings appam, puttu, idly, and dosa. Lunch and dinner move between fish curry, prawns, biriyani, noodles, and wok dishes. That range reflects the people who eat here: nearby families, students, office teams, and travellers stepping off the Metro.

Recipes change as kitchens and generations change, but the point remains simple. Serve food people recognise, give groups room to sit together, and make the restaurant easy to return to.
